2003 Mazda E1800 - Very reliable and convenient in EAST PERTH, Western Australia for sale

We are selling our home, which has been very good to us since we bought it.
We have been living in this van for a year and a half now, and still are !
We travelled pretty much all around Australia with it, and never had any trouble or bad surprises.
This van may not be sophisticated, with 12 spare batteries or 5 fridges or 16 jerrycans on the top and a 10 000 $ solar panel, but it will start right away, anytime and anywhere. The mechanic is in perfect condition, and the inside is simple but convenient !
It is a Mazda E 1800, manual, 263 000 kms.
Average consumption: 9L/100 kms
WA Rego until early April 2016. Best rego in Australia : it is the cheapest (check online, you'll see!) and the easiest to renew, as it can be done online, from any State.
We are the 3rd owners, and the 2nd backpackers couple to roadtrip with it
We took good care of it, full services have been done every 10 000 kms.
We have got all the invoices, from the previous owners as well:
February 2014: New windscreen, no crack or tear since
New timing belt, AirCon belt, Alternator Belt
June 2014: New battery
August 2014: New immobiliser
July 2015: New rocker cover Gasket
December 2015: 4 New tyres + wheel alignement
We also have one spare tyre.
Our van features:
- 3 seats- Original engine: means it has not been changed or reconditioned (it has been working with the other original engine parts since the beginning), so you won't have any surprise with it

- Some bumps and scratches (of course, it is not new), but nothing serious

- Inside built by a professionnal, with sturdy timber
- Double bed which can easily be folded into a sofa, allowing you to eat and cook inside (which is sometimes very necessary…)
- 1 petrol jerrycan (20L), 2 water jerrycans and another 5 litres container
- 25L Willow esky with icepacks
- Everything you need for cooking : gaz cooker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, trays, cutleries …
- 2 camping chairs
- Everything for sleeping : 2 very comfortable ergonomic pillows, 2 sets of linen
- Camp 7, with the maps of all of Australia, and Caravan Parks Australia Wide
- WA All Parks Pass, valid until August 2016
If you need them, the van can also come with 2 beach towels ; 2 sets of snorkel+mask ; and a folding table linked with 4 chairs, light and not too big, very convenient when on a rest area with no picnic table provided.
All ready to go. Just fill the storages with your stuff, buy some food, and hit the road !
